Lowell Financial, a leading debt collection company, was looking for additional database support for its in-house debt collection platform. 

Lowell process a huge amount of bad debt data and its database grows extremely quickly.  With the high level of growth, performance issues and potential storage issues can arise.

Any outage with the system can cost thousands in missed collections so on a monthly basis Propel analysed the database's performance and the various log files and reported on any changes and issues found. Any issues were resolved before they became critical and led to losses.
