JCB - Dealer System Integration

JCB's biggest customer required one full-time member of staff to manage all machine orders due to the manual nature of the process. Propel was invited to work with the JCB stakeholders and the customer's IT team, to better integrate the two companies' systems.

Propel worked with the JCB business owners to understand the existing manual process and devise a solution that would allow for increased automation. New APIs were developed in the JDS Dealer System in collaboration with the JCB customer's IT team to allow data to flow smoothly between the two systems.

Automating the process improved the accuracy of orders entered on the JCB Dealer System and allowed real-time updates of the orders across the two systems. The integration freed up one JCB member of staff to help manage other customer orders.
