As one of the world's top three manufacturers of construction equipment, JCB relies on business-critical systems that operate on a global scale to power their business. The systems and applications were in a period of evolution and change. Any systems in place needed to support every team and every department, and specifically support both a complex manufacturing and supply chain end-2-end.  

A critical challenge was delivering consistent support that could manage change and support different country by country requirements. The team at JCB wanted to bolster their own skills with additional specialist support that could act as an extension of their team and deliver what they needed to find a solution fast, so started searching for a software consultancy they could trust to learn their systems and business processes, then advice, work alongside them as experts in the long term.

Propel Tech took time to understand the existing team and the needs of the business, Propel Tech then worked with JCB to build out a team of software and technology experts with bespoke skills to match their exact needs, this meant that JCB could bolster their team efficiency and delivery capabilities quickly and effectively. The team that were put in place to extend the inhouse team were able to call upon their skills to support any gaps and work proactively to ensure JCB could always keep ahead of internal and external demands.
