With free Software and AI Training courses, upskilling has never been easier
It's often said that the internet democratises information and even knowledge itself. With reportedly over 9000 free courses being offered online by tech giants such as Google and Amazon alone, upskilling has never been easier and more accessible.
At Propel Tech we invest in supporting our people to train and learn at work. Hanah Starkey, HR Manager Propel Tech, says:
“Fostering a culture of continuous learning at work is essential,. It ensures teams are keeping their skills and capabilities relevant, adapting to new technologies, improving problem-solving, and enhancing their performance. It also helps to keep people happy and growing as individuals, which ensures skilled employees want to stay and thrive in a learning culture.”
With constant advancements in software development, businesses needing new or modernised systems, changing levels of support, and the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) software developers, testers and technology teams need to stay updated with the latest learning opportunities 24/7.
Learning at Work Week presents a fantastic opportunity for all businesses to consider how they support learning and remind employees to where possible upskill.
To support Learning at Work Week, we've curated a list of five free training opportunities that the Propel Tech team feel cater to various levels of ability, different sector needs, and different aspects of technology training.
