Top Golf - Player Portal

Top Golf has a great experience-based business and their existing system worked well within the centres. However, Top Golf wanted to extend the player experience outside of their centres to maintain their competitive edge. Top Golf engaged Propel to deliver a new web-based Player Portal extending their player's experience onto the web.

Propel was asked to develop a web-based membership system that included a secure player portal that provided up-to-the-minute statistics on games played and the daily, weekly and monthly centre leaderboards.

The results improved the Top Golf player's experience whilst also streamlining the member sign-up process and marketing capabilities.
