The aim of the Propel Software Developer Graduate Programme is to provide the next generation of software developers with a springboard to develop their behavioural, commercial and technical skills.

We're looking for enthusiastic, ambitious graduates with a drive to elevate their coding skills. The programme offers a unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge tools and technologies and to interpret business requirements, resulting in the delivery of reliable and robust solutions able to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

As a graduate software developer at Propel, you'll;

  • Get exposure to a range of technologies and languages as maintain and enhance existing clients systems
  • Develop new bespoke systems using leading edge development technologies
  • Work on client systems and projects from day one, both solo and in a team
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business software and application needs
  • Be part of a supportive team, where you'll be mentored by your team leader and colleagues
  • Be treated as an individual, with the flexibility to personalise your graduate journey

To be successful you'll need...

  • to of successfully completed an IT related degree by Summer 2022
  • a basic understanding of database structures
  • basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • evidence having previously built websites
